Churches Housing, as a peak body in the church sector for housing, works hard to maintain its reputation for independent advice and consultation to churches, free from development dollars. There is, however, an important role that we have of building partnerships and brokering introductions with ethical players within our sector, in order to facilitate development of affordable housing. Churches Housing will not seek to favour any private operator or organisation above another, but will at times refer work to a potential pool of developers or financiers.

Do you have a project suitable for affordable housing and are looking for a site? On a fee for service basis Churches Housing may be available to negotiate on your behalf with churches located within your desired area of development.
